Lucy: one month

Baby Lucy, or "baybee woocy" as Eleanor calls her, is already one month! It's cliche to say, I know, but I can't believe this little baby is growing so fast! September felt like ETERNITY, but October was gone in a blink.

This sweet little baby may be my sleepiest, gassiest, and baldest baby. For the first couple weeks she only slept with the light on. She loves to eat and she's hopefully on track to be my easiest and best nurser, no drama. Lucy likes to lay down on the floor with her brother and sister and just stare at the sun out the window. But most of the time, she just likes to be held.

Lucy has started to smile, a little, sometimes, and it's absolutely adorable. I think I'm realizing that even though I'm in the thick of baby central, Lucy is towards the end of my babies and there is an end coming into sight. It's making me kinda sad actually. It's also helping me try to focus more on the little joys of newbornhood, instead of just taking it as a rough stage to barrel through.

Basically, we love our Lucy girl!

Lucy sleeps in our rock n play, the greatest invention on earth. I love when they sleep with their hands up.

The kids picked out the Piglet at Disneyland a few months ago. It matches our Pooh bear and Eyeore Jude and Ellie have.

is it just me or does Lucy have the biggest bags under her eyes always? I swear she sleeps a ton!
