Always a Party at Grandma's

Grandma's house is always the best place to be. More ice cream flavors than I can count, and an entire pantry of sugary cereals I never buy at home. And so little sleep for everyone. I'm hoping Eleanor will go back to sleeping someday...

But the highlights of the Grandma tour:

Super fun beach wedding we attended.
Eleanor could have sat there and filled this bucket all day.

Swimming in Great-Grandma's pool. It's freezing, but it was so hot outside it actually didn't feel too bad.
Jude suddenly got brave and swam all around the pool with Uncle Eric and his noodle

Ellie safe on the steps with her princesses

all the way in the deep end!

Uncle Eric's new best friend

Getting a quick haircut cause mom couldn't stand the crazy Ellie hair anymore.
stopped to play at the kid's area. you can finally see Ellie's eyes without those crazy bangs!

note Ellie's outfit of choice for our outing to the mall: Jude's t-shirt, Cinderella dress, princess slippers, and headband necklace.

Aunt Lizzy's graduation from WHS! I can't believe the last of the Langlois kids has finally left the old high school. Brought back many memories of playing "Pomp and Circumstance" for 45 minutes with the band. Way to go Lizzy!!
somewhere in there is Lizzy getting her name called for her diploma

It was wayyyy too hot in the stadium (as usual). (I'm actually kinda tan after all that sun!)

Our usual pitstop on the way home at the SLO Children's Museum.
Ellie's vocabulary seriously exploded while were on this trip! Every day she said at least two new words, and her little voice is just too adorable. Here, Ellie drives the train and yells "choo choo!"

Jude, being a little engineer, figured out how to make a track for the ball.

riding in the trolley

pendulum swing that sings numbers to you as you rock in a creepy voice

coolest thing by far at the museum! moon sand the kids could build with and it'd create topographical map of their "island."

As always, we'll miss Grandma's house, but Mom will be happy to get everyone sleeping again at normal hours.
