Christmas

I have so many pictures I want to include in this post, so I'll just let them tell the story of Christmas at Grandma's.

Grandma found my old Christmas dress and tried it on Eleanor. The results were adorable!

Making sugar cookies. We were supposed to send them to Elder Langlois in Italy...but yeah, they didn't last.
Grandma found this gem from Christmas 1989!
Ellie hangs out with Aunt Erin and rocks her first set of pigtails.
Apparently, Ellie was really into Erin while we were gone and kept trying to kick Atticus off her lap so she could snuggle.

We spent Christmas Eve at Great-Grandma Fackrell's.
Participating in the #sharethegift Christmas campaign
Christmas pies! This year I made the Hamilton traditional grasshopper pie and a new cookie dough ice cream pie. Delicious.
Watching the Christmas train
I'm not a very good photographer... but I was trying.

Jude's favorite thing always--Christmas train. He's been talking about it for months.
Baby Atticus gets in on the train action.
These cups scream Christmas at Grandma's to me!
Atticus and Uncle Jason
Every year, my Grandma has us put on a musical performance of Christmas music. It's a bit of a production, but every one's always nice and participates.
This is what Eleanor did basically the entire time.
reading of Luke 2, the nativity story.
Grandparents and grandkids Jingle Bells. It was super adorable!
Christmas jammies!
So there were a lot of people in the house for Santa to visit. I promise these are not all for my kids!

Christmas morning was awesome, as always.
Elsa and Anna are always the best
"Mom! Santa made me a train track!"
Every year Grandpa goes over the top with stocking candy.
My brother in law made me these AMAZING shoes. Do you love them as much as I do?!
Christmas, you were wonderful to us. It was incredibly fun and joyful to be home with my family during the holidays. The next few years will bring lots of changes as our family grows and spreads out, but I'm so glad we got together this year.
