And, of course, we had a magical time. Taking Jude was both fun and new for me. I'm used to doing Disneyland my way, not small child way. At the end of the day I almost felt like we hadn't done anything, but we had. We had just done different things.
Naturally, we rode the train, the carousel, and It's a Small World. (Jude was unsure about the whole singing doll thing until he say Lilo and Stitch; then he was super excited.) We played on Tom Sawyer's island (now called pirate cove, I know, but I refuse to refer to it as that), rode Buzz Lightyear, and went in the Tiki Room (Jude LOVED the birds; he frequently asks me to sing the song and he drums alongs). We also went to California Adventure and rode Monsters, Bug's land, and even got onto one Cars' land ride.
Unfortunately, Jude is in a refuse to take pictures phase.
Note the many wonderful faces a 2 year old who hates pictures can make
This may look like he's bored, but actually he's saying WHOO WHOO over and over again
(And I don't know why I didn't take a picture with him... clearly only Lizzy was there haha)
Overall, the best part is just hearing Jude tell me all about Disneyland and how much he loved everything. It's really fun to share the Disney magic with my kids!
