Provo, UT

We are finally back in Provo! The summer in Boise was wonderful, but I am so glad to back at school for the fall. We loaded everything in our apartment into a moving truck (we own a lot of stuff...and most of it is kitchen stuff from our wedding), and drove the 6 hours back to Utah. You know what was the first thing I noticed about Utah? It's soooo crowded! Seriously, as soon as we pulled into Ogden I felt totally claustrophobic! I had never realized just as open and uncrowded Boise is before...score one more for Boise.

We love our new apartment! We moved back into our old married ward, but into a new complex with two bedrooms. Its an old complex that looks pretty thrashed from the outside, but inside everything has been redone. Things I love about the apartment: totally separate kitchen that's big, large, open living room, washer and dryer, tile floors, and squishy carpets. My biggest complaints: for a large kitchen there is very little storage (we had to order a pantry online to fit our food), and our dryer doesn't really fit into its place. But overall, its definitely awesome. Much better than our old place which was tiny.

We still have some more boxes to unpack, and I can't wait to get everything cleaned up (my goal for labor day). Next project--baby's room! I am beyond excited to get everything set up for our little guy. Only 3 more weeks!
